Roanoke College and Hampden-Sydney College will meet for the second time in two weeks this Sunday at 1pm in Salem. Hampden-Syndey defeated Virginia Wesleyan this Wednesday to advance to the ODAC Semifinals. Roanoke, the #1 seeded team in the tournament, received a bye during the first round.
In the first meeting between the two teams, Roanoke needed a set of 9 goals, along with a complete breakdown by Hampden-Syndey in the 4th quarter, in order win the regular season contest.
Since that loss, the Tigers have scored at least 12 goals in every game including 17 against VaWes. Roanoke will certainly look to stop Hampden-Sydney’s high-powered offense. How might they do that? Thats our poll question this week.
The Tigers are certainly able to score and so is Roanoke. But how is Roanoke going to stop Hampen-Sydney’s offense? Or will they?[polldaddy poll="4984862"]
All eyes are also on the other ODAC tournament game. If Roanoke were to beat Hampden-Sydney, they would probably rather play W&L instead of Lynchburg. Roanoke easily defeated W&L in the regular season, but needed a 10-goal comeback to defeat Lynchburg.

We’ll see you Sunday!
